Rubber boots have proven to be one of the many necessities needed while walking the streets of New York City in the not so favorable weather. Though, of course they are not limited to being used only in the city.
In New York City however it is often that you are tricked by the black water or slush on the streets and find yourself stepping into quite a deep and very dirty puddle.
