Marina and The Diamonds... :)

Marina and The Diamonds.
With her 60's Mod fashion and her different but great voice I don't know why she isn't all over the radio and television already.
Her Newest Album is called "Electra Heart" and with song titles such as Bubblegum Bitch, Primadonna, Lies,
Homewrecker, How to Be a Heartbreaker, and Radioactive it just screams Must Listen. I myself have already heard all the songs from this album and have to say that I Love every single one. None of the songs on this album are of the typical Love and Hate mess. Each one has its own personality, though all of them coming together with great beats and catchy lyrics.
So now all you have to do is buy the album through iTunes or at the store. Either way I suggest you get it soon and enjoy.

The Pearl Necklace... Overdone or Underused?

The Pearl Necklace...
Is it Overdone or Underused?
In my opinion it is a bit of both. I know... that may not make sense, but let me explain.

When wearing a pearl necklace it is best not to overdo it like what Rihanna did in the picture that I have of her here. It doesn't need to be that messy and complicated. As forward and fun as Rihanna can be, she does not always get it right. Then again no one person Always gets it right 100% of the time.
If you're going to wear a pearl necklace and you want to make a statement with it then it is best to get a very long one. That way you can layer it a bit to make a more noticeable effect. If you want to add just a bit more to it, then get a simple thin Gold or Silver necklace (depending on the outfit) with a simple but fun design and layer that on top of the pearls. Not all the layer have to be even, just make it fun.

Or... if you're going to a more formal occasion you can do as Jackie O. did in the picture I have of her. Take an already multi layered pearl necklace and wear it. That's all you need to do. Then maybe wear simple earrings such as Diamonds or something of the like. No need to have more than one statement piece.
Be careful though. A pearl necklace does not go with every outfit. Plus you don't want to wear it too much and make the look more boring.

Rubber Boots in New York City

Rubber boots have proven to be one of the many necessities needed while walking the streets of New York City in the not so favorable weather. Though, of course they are not limited to being used only in the city.
In New York City however it is often that you are tricked by the black water or slush on the streets and find yourself stepping into quite a deep and very dirty puddle. Then finding that afterwards you shoes have been ruined. This can be said for many of the Men and Women in the NYC area. Thankfully the Ever Loved Rubber boots can be found in almost any store.
They are easy to slip on when heading outside, and easy to take off when going inside to work or an event. Though with the many things the boots will pick up from the streets it is a wise choice to have a separate bag to place them in once inside. If however you have yet to purchase a pair of the fine boots do take caution while walking outside after it has snowed. Not only will you feet get wet, but the salt chemical mixture laid on the ground to melt the snow will give your shoes a look that you did not want for them. You can of course clean them soon after getting inside, but beware suede shoes prove to be a bit more difficult.
So with this being said if you plan to visit New York City during the Winter make sure to have a good pair of Rubber boots, and if you are new to this Amazing city get a pair soon. You will need them.
