Growing up my family was always having a get together or going to parties by the water. So during those occasions the coal burning grill was always used.
The smell of all the food being cooked mixed with the burning of the coal was the best. Plus add my friends, cousins, my sister, and I running around and swimming in the water and it made for a perfect day.
I know that now studies have shown that these types of grills aren't exactly the best for the environment, but I can't help but still enjoy them. When I have kids I'll still use it at least a few times during those fun events.
